Prior serving as the Director of Business development at EDP Soccer, Andy was a founding partner of both UK Elite Soccer & Global Team Events. He guided both companies from regional start up to multi-platform industry leaders on a national scale through to private equity sale. Supremely connected in the sports and education world nationally and globally, he maintains unique access to and partnerships with the best academic teaching and sports coaching talent in the business. 2,000+ current coaches and teachers have studied, developed and worked under his guidance. He is a recognized public speaker, business consultant and trusted advisor in business, sport and performance.

Andy received his B.Sc. in Phys. Ed & Exercise Science, his B.A. in English Literature and his Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Loughborough University, England. He has extensive teaching and coaching experience in both the UK & USA. He is a certified Motivators, Behaviors and Axiology practitioner and maintains the highest level UEFA, USSF and NSCAA coaching licenses.
