Refund & Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy for The Antifragile Athlete Academy Online Training:

Participants who enroll in The Antifragile Athlete training program and have not progressed past Week 4 of the online curriculum may choose to request a refund, at which The  Antifragile Academy will refund the Participant a total of 50% of their purchase price. The remaining 50% of the purchase price serves as a non-refundable down payment collected at the time of check out. In no event will the Participant be entitled to any further refund.

As long as Participants have not yet commenced any modules in Week 4 and beyond of The Antifragile Athlete online curriculum and coaching program, they may request a refund by sending written notification to: info@theantifragileacademy.com

To help The Antifragile Academy improve its product offerings, the company would greatly appreciate it if Participants could please outline their reasoning for a request for refund when submitting written notification.

Please note that once a request for refund has been approved, the respective Participant will no longer be able to access The Antifragile Athlete online curriculum.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE ANTIFRAGILE ACADEMY BE LIABLE TO A PARTICIPANT FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT, IN ANY EVENT OF LIABILITY, THE TOTAL AMOUNT RECOVERABLE AGAINST THE ANTIFRAGILE ACADEMY SHALL ONLY BE THE REFUND IDENTIFIED IN THIS POLICY.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Coaching:

All 1:1 coaching sessions booked through The Antifragile Academy are considered set appointments and cannot be cancelled. However, if necessary, Clients may reschedule their coaching session, provided they give a minimum 24-hour written notification to their individual coach.

Any missed coaching sessions or requests for rescheduling with less than 24-hour advance written notice to the coach will be forfeited.
