Fueled by this insight, he founded Maverick Innovation with a mission to revolutionize the way athletes train and compete.
Marshall's diverse background in entrepreneurship, pharmaceutical & medical sales, business development, and IT, has equipped him with a dynamic skill set that he leverages to tackle complex problems. He brings a unique combination of the discipline of sports and the field of psychology to create an evolutionary training experience that is rooted in personal experience.
Marshall's high-level competitive spirit and relentless pursuit of excellence drive his passion for innovation. He's also a dedicated advocate for economic empowerment, believing that advancement can only happen with opportunities, not obstacles. As a member of the City of Durham's Workforce and Economic Development Board, he's poised to contribute to Durham's progress and help the city reach its full potential.
